Competitive Team

After progressing through our recreational program, some gymnasts want the added commitment, challenge and excitement of competing on CC Gymnastics Team. These children put in the extra hours to become the best of the best and represent our gym in meets all around the country. The majority of our meets are within our tri-state area, however, and the girls and boys have a blast traveling with the team and spending time with their families at competitions.

Our competitive program is very selective and is by invitation only, usually by one or more coach recommendations. This program develops not only physical skills, but important life traits such as determination, perseverance, discipline and concentration. The strength of body and mind formed during these years lasts a lifetime.

Every year, we host a formal banquet to recognize their hard work and success and to induct new, up and coming team members. This years banquet location will be announced around March.

CC Gymnastics is home to 23 individual State Champions, Girls Level 1 Team State Champions for years 2007-2008 & 2008-2009 (that's 2 years in a row,not counting state runner up in 2006!) and the only boys gymnastics team in Northeast Louisiana.
